"Nolan came out on a Sunday to fix my garbage disposal. It was a little more complicated than expected given the age of my condo building but he figured everything out. He was great and even eager to explain everything to me. Most importantly, I felt like I could trust him and his expertise. His pricing felt absolutely reasonable. He even gave me a discount for time spent talking, which really shows how honest he is. He's also super nice. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have finally found my go to handyman."

"After deciding to mount my TV after all, I went on Thumbtack to find someone. I got a quote from that same morning. They broke everything down for me within the first 2 messages. When I changed my mind and decided to have it mounted over the fireplace, they just asked for some photos so they could give me a timeline. I sent them photos and within minutes I had a call talking about the process, setting up an appointment, etc. They even helped me with choosing a wall mount for the TV. They showed up on time. They were very courteous and incredibly friendly. They walked me through everything and made sure I was okay with how my TV was mounted throughout the process. They mounted my TV faster than expected. They were cleaning the whole entire process. I was quite impressed on their methods to clean while working vs making a mess and hoping they get it all later.
I am very pleased with their work and will definitely hire them again. I will also recommend them as much as possible. I just moved into town so it's nice to find service I can trust."

"I found Nolan on Thumbtack and asked him to come over and replace the majority of switches and outlets in my home. Nolan and Jarom were incredibly professional, punctual and paid a great deal of attention to the work they did. They encountered a number of issues with our older wiring and provided detailed explanations of the issues and fixes. Even though the project was really my husband's and Nolan had to work through me (and my busy schedule) as the intermediary, he was able to navigate that tricky situation with grace. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"I thought that Nolan and Jarom were really helpful. They did all the work and were also great communicators. They did a great job mounting our LG LED Flatscreen and also a pendant light over stairs. Would recommend and use again. Nolan sold me the mount and the cord concealer kit as well which made it very convenient didn’t have to leave my house. Professional."

"I found Nolan via Thumbtack, where I posted a job to hang a heavy mirror and he responded within 30 minutes. He & his assistant came out the next morning (the best kind of early, where they tell you they're on their way), and got the job done, choosing the right kind of drywall anchors and making sure it was level.
While he was out, I showed him our back fence gate, which had recently started sagging so much it was effectively broken. Nolan took a look, came back the next day to take measurements, and quickly sent me a very reasonable quote. He got the job done (while it was intermittently hailing!) the day after, and the rebuilt gate works like a dream.

"Nolan was able to come to my house on the same day as my inquiry. I needed a new kitchen sink faucet installed to replace a broken one. I was able to disassemble the existing fixture but there was a particular rusted out bolt that I could not undo. Nolan came the next day and was able to remove the bolt and install the new plumbing fixture all under an hour. He is a professional and I enjoyed his method of working; I got a kick out of how he electronically documents the steps involved and posting on Instagram – modern day tech! I will definitely use his services again in the future and don’t hesitate to use him. Based on his cool website, I knew he was going to be a good choice!"

"My husband and I just moved to Kirkland and were in need of a tv mounting and hanging of a heavy mirror. Most everyone else we contacted either didn't reply in a timely manner or they couldn't help us for weeks. Nolan responded immediately and said he could come out the next day. "Nolan came over and mounted my 75inch TV the same day (New Year) I put the request. I’m satisfied with the overall work, but feels it took longer than expected given that the mount I have is pretty simple and straight forward. Ends up paying $308, including 30 dollars worth of parts, which is almost double the price I can get somewhere else (e.g. amazon). But given the promptness of the response and the quality of work, I’m happy."

"We've hired Bixno twice and Nolan has been professional and great to work with both times. The first he hung a TV for us and did the job quickly and well, even happily allowing our son to bother him with questions. The second time we hired him to install Smart Switches and he ran into some issues. Rather than giving up, he spent more than an hour trying to remedy the situation before determining that we needed an electrician, not a handyman. He apologized for being unable to complete the job and refused to charge us. We offered to at least pay SOMETHING for his time and he was adamant that he wouldn't take anything. We had an electrician come the next day and it turned out we needed new wires run into a couple of the switch boxes, which explained why Nolan was struggling and told us he was right - we needed an electrician not a handyman. We'd gladly hire Nolan again."
